DYMO 5000 Pro just for 1 day

Dymo Rhino Pro 5000 labeling machine looks so processional and heavy duty. But to break it was enough 1 day of normal work, I have been making labeles in server room and suddenly Rhino Pro 5000 could not cut a tape. I checked it the cutter was ok but cutter fixation had failed.
