Failed to check for Anti-Phishing updates multiple messages in outlook daily

Every night from 24:00 to 02:00 I have got 7-8 messages like:

There was a failure when checking for Anti-Phishing updates.

I am not sure what a reason of this whether GFI update updates or too much traffic during backup by HP Data Protector and GFI cannot download updates normally.

Anyhow, I have changed the GFI update interval from 10 to 30 minutes and I will see if it helps or not.
